Roy Tilley
Roy Tilley graduated from Searcy High School in Searcy, Arkansas, and graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas in 1974. While attending college, he served as a minister of youth and music at various churches. After graduation, he took his first pastorate at First Baptist Church in Newark, Arkansas. Since then, he has served as pastor to three other churches in Arkansas and as pastor of Church at Willow Beach since August, 1999. Roy and his wife, Dorothy, were married on June 5, 1971, and reside in Sherwood, Arkansas. They have two children and seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. He and Dorothy love spending as much time as possible with their family. Roy enjoys playing golf and keeping up with the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Casey Marshall

Youth Minister
Casey Marshall is originally from Cabot, Arkansas and graduated from Cabot High School. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas in 2012. Casey has worked as a state employee since 2012 teaching outdoor education to youth and adults with the Cooperative Extension Service as well as Arkansas State Parks. Casey has served as youth leader with Church at Willow Beach since August of 2015. Casey started playing guitar and singing with the church praise team in 2013, and began leading worship in 2016.  Casey and his wife, Lauren, were married on September 22, 2012. They live in Little Rock, Arkansas. They both love the outdoors, hiking, history, and exploring new places together. Casey loves music, crafts, and building guitars.
